We raise and sell custom cuts of pasture fed, free-range, grain-finished Katahdin lamb.  Just as with fine wines, there is a difference in epicurean meats.  Years ago the forebears for this lamb were bred near Mt. Katahdin, Maine and our lambs are bred and graze unrestrained in the shadow of Lynch Mountain high in the Sautee Valley.
